Neighbors discuss concerns with SPD

This Tuesday, March 7 City officials will host a follow-up discussion on public safety concerns raised during the November Find It Fix It Walk.

The meeting will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Crown Hill Center, 9250 14th Ave NW (in the Gilbert and Sullivan Rehearsal room).

Participants will receive updates on public safety actions being taken by the city, as well as plans for sustaining public safety in the future.  Last summer in a neighborhood survey, slow police response times emerged as one the top priorities for our community.  November’s Find It Fix It Walk with Mayor Murray hi-lighted crime, drug dealing and slow response times at Baker Park.

Crown Hill Urban Village Committee for Smart Growth is not hosting or organizing this meeting, though we hope to have representatives attend.
