Please Vote online for Pedestrian Improvement Funds for our neighborhood by this Friday, June 30th.  
1) Go online to the City’s voting website here.
2) To vote online the city asks for your mobile phone number. They will send a verification code, which can be entered in on the next screen to access the ballot. 
3) Select up to three projects from the 8 options in Council District 6.

The three projects closest to Crown Hill Urban Village are:

6G – Traffic Calming/Pedestrian Safety on 14th Ave NW (this project provides needed pedestrian safety improvements here in CHUV)
• 6E – Accessibility Improvements/Audible Crossing Signal on 24th Ave NW and 70th
• 6H – Accessibility Improvements/Curb Ramps on 8th Ave NW between 97th and 100th

Join us at a Public Hearing on the City’s Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS)

The city is holding a public hearing (link) this Thursday, June 29 at City Hall starting at 5:30 p.m. on the draft Environmental Impact Statement on the impacts of the rezones for CHUV to accommodate affordable housing.   Members of the CHUV Committee for Smart Growth will be at the hearing making comments.
