Draft EIS Released for MHA Upzones

The City recently released their draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for proposed density in Seattle’s urban villages. The EIS is necessary to comply with state law. April 27th City-Sponsored Open House on the CHUV Upzone

Crown Hill Urban Village (CHUV) neighbors have an opportunity to advocate for the type of growth we want for our community at a City Sponsored Open House on April 27th from at the Palladium at Hales Ales from 6pm to 8pm.
Please stop by to meet your neighbors and share collective wisdom about the planned zoning changes and infrastructure before heading into the City’s Open House.
Our Committee has reserved a drop-in table for CHUV neighbors in the Gallery at Hale’s Ale pub from 5-7 pm on the 27th. We will have stickers for Crown Hill Urban Village so our neighborhood is visible. We will also provide some handouts with suggested key points for smart growth in CHUV as we are re-zoned for growth.
